12. IoT, Automation and AI Disclaimer

Our digital farming, IoT, sensor, automation, climate-control, dashboard, data-monitoring, and AI-assisted tools are intended to support farm operations and decision-making.

You acknowledge that:

  1. sensors may require calibration, maintenance, replacement, and correct installation;

  2. readings may be affected by power supply, internet connectivity, placement, humidity, device quality, software settings, and environmental conditions;

  3. alerts, dashboards, and AI-assisted outputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable;

  4. automation systems may fail due to electrical, mechanical, software, network, or third-party issues;

  5. AI-assisted monitoring is not a substitute for human inspection, hygiene discipline, farm supervision, or professional agronomic judgment;

  6. farm owners and operators remain responsible for final decisions and actions; and

  7. no technology system can guarantee perfect production, zero contamination, zero mortality, zero downtime, or assured profitability.

We are not liable for losses arising from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, poor maintenance, incorrect data input, ignored alerts, poor connectivity, third-party device failure, or customer-side operational failure.

13. Food Products, Food Safety and Labelling

Any information relating to fresh mushrooms, dried mushrooms, mushroom powder, processed foods, dehydrated products, farm products, nutritional information, ingredients, packaging, storage, shelf life, or food processing is provided for general informational and commercial reference.

Users, customers, buyers, distributors, resellers, retailers, and partners are responsible for complying with all applicable food safety, storage, handling, packaging, labelling, shelf-life, transport, invoicing, and statutory requirements.
